When managing a bid, Jessie implements clear, consistent processes from the start. She’s organised and respectful of everyone’s time, and stays firm on what’s required to balance the team’s wellbeing with the demands of the submission.
Anna Pollard, Head of Development
Submission Manager | Interactive Workshop Manager | Senior Bid WriterAnna has worked in bidding for over 15 years, moving between writing, submission management and interactive roles. Her experience spans major road, rail and social infrastructure construction projects, and large-scale operations and maintenance contracts in the public transport, water and energy industries.
A methodical planner who prioritises transparent and frequent communication, Anna loves the variety and fast pace of bidding. She relishes collaborating with subject matter experts to bring their solutions to life.
Kate Grove, Head of Operations
Bid WriterKate is an experienced leader and project management specialist. She is a skilled communicator whose easy going style sees her developing strong working relationships with executives and subject matter experts alike.
Kate has been involved with every part of the submission process – from developing writing plans, setting up templates, supporting the development of winning strategies, implementing review processes, providing writing, editing and proofreading support, and managing approval processes and final submission uploads.
